What is Chewing Method?

It is not the formula of algebra. It is just the part of our daily habit. Chewing is the process to break the food in the smaller parts in the mouth, so that it can be digesting easily.

Still have confusion in it, then don’t worry I can explain this thing in the easiest way.

We daily eat food. We take the small part of chapatti/meal then put it into our mouth and start crunching it. We do crunching the food until it is easily pass from our mouth to stomach. This process is known as Chewing.

Why we need to chew the food at least for 32 times each bite?

Is it helpful in losing fat?

Yes, there is a logical reason behind this method. Our mind and stomach has very strong connection. To reach the signal from our stomach to our mind takes approximately 20-25 minutes. It means we need to take a time of at least 20-15 minutes to finish our food irrespective of meal type (breakfast, lunch , dinner).

It is considered by experts that if we chew the every bite of our meal 32 times before passing it then our meal will finish within 20-25 minutes.
